- The order has not yet been shipped or delivered.
- The products included in the order are eligible for cancellation (perishable items may have different cancellation rules).

2.3. Cancellation Deadline: Orders can typically be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. After this timeframe, the cancellation may not be possible due to the processing of the order.
